6. Optimism

Optimism leads to positive results and motivated employees. It will facilitate workplace relationships and develop strong trust amongst employees. Optimism is rarely a focus, but it is an appropriate workplace behaviour that will increase performance, rapport and work-life balance for all individuals at work.

Every individual should boost collaboration and cultivate optimism every day at work. Creating a culture of optimism is an important action for management and leaders. Optimism will ensure employees enjoy their work and always perform well. It will create a positive work environment and a good perception of their workplace. Make optimism a priority behaviour for overall company health.

7. Punctuality
